Buy to Let Mortgages
We have been helping landlords find the best mortgages for many years and have great expertise in the buy to let mortgage market and can assist with all types of buy to let enquiries (subject to your status and the property in question) including:

Self employed
Many lenders require you to have been trading for at least three years before considering a mortgage application. But don’t despair if you are newly self-employed as some lenders will happily consider an application if you have been trading for 12 months or more

Credit Problems
Anyone can get caught out by life’s surprises. If you have any of the following, you should seek advice to help you find the best possible mortgage deal:
- Missed loan or other credit payments
- Defaults
- CCJ’s (county court judgements)
- Mortgage Arrears
- IVA’s (Individual Voluntary Arrangement) and Bankruptcy.
Professionals
There are some specialized mortgage deals available if you are a solicitor, accountant, medical doctor, optician, dentist, teacher, pharmacist, actuary or veterinarian. Preferential mortgages rates at up to 90% of the value of your home are available (subject to status)
Non-UK Citizens
If you are a citizen of an EU country, resident in the UK, you should have no difficulty in finding a mortgage. If you are originally from outside the EU, many mortgage lenders require you to have indefinite leave to remain in the country.
However, some lenders will consider an application for a mortgage, subject to a minimum of 12 months residency in the UK and a minimum of 6 months remaining on your visa.
