In terms of mortgage advice, it means that I:
- Will always make sure that you get the best possible mortgage
- Will never recommend a mortgage to you without first checking that you meet the relevant affordability criteria and lending criteria of the lender.
- Will not charge you a fee where I get income from a mortgage lender
- Will agree the amount of any fee with you in advance where income is not received from the lender. The amount of fee will be 0.2% of the mortgage amount subject to a minimum of £295 and a maximum of £595
- Will not charge you a fee before you have received the service
- Will ‘fight your corner’ with lenders to get your mortgage approved quickly

Just picked up the keys, but still don't think it's all settled in - it doesn't all quite feel real yet!
Anyway, just wanted to say thanks for all your help - it's nice to know there are people out there who can actually help when it comes to buying a place!
