Our Mortgage Advice Service?

As independent mortgage advisers we make a recommendation to you on the most appropriate mortgage for your circumstances before guiding you through the mortgage application process.

Almost without exception, mortgage brokers will receive commission from mortgage lenders in return for introducing business to them. As independent mortgage advisers, we offer you the choice of whether we retain that commission to pay our costs, or whether we pass it on to you. If we pass you the commission, we will need to agree a separate fee for our service. The maximum fee we would charge you (if we return the commission to you) would be 1% of the mortgage amount, subject to a maximum of £1,500.
